Tim is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy and NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He was born and raised in Spokane, WA where he earned in BS in Health Science at Whitworth University and later went on to earn his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at California State University Sacramento in 2018 before relocating to New Jersey in 2021.
Tim has physical therapy experience in orthopedics, sports medicine, acute critical care, and vestibular rehabilitation. He is an active individual who enjoys spending time outdoors. As a previous collegiate cross country and track runner, he continues to have a passion for running and helping endurance athletes navigate injury. He is a member of a network of clinicians and coaches who specialize in working with runners to be able to best serve these patients utilizing current evidence-based practices. In addition, he is passionate about serving his patients with a philosophy of helping people feel and move better so they are able to live their lives to the fullest. He utilizes a combination of manual therapy and exercise to help alleviate symptoms, restore function, improve performance, and help patients achieve their individual goals.
